Thomas “Tom” G. Luikens  is an experienced comercial law attorney who practices bankruptcy, civil litigation and business law in the state of Arizona.  He has more than forty years of experience and is admitted to practice law in all courts of Arizona, the courts of the United States, including the U. S. District Court, the U. S. Bankruptcy Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Tom has represented numerous individuals, business enterprises and estates during his lengthy  career in widely diverse types of litigation, including substantial appellate practice.

His primary areas of law practice are: bankruptcy law and procedure, consumer and business bankruptcy representation, civil litigation, appeals, administrative procedure, arbitration and mediation, business counsel, business entity formation, and maintenance of corporations and limited liability companies.

Tom’s legal expertise includes considerable experience in successful bankruptcy reorganization cases forbusinesses and individuals, as well as extensive involvement in civil litigation concerning sophisticated financial, real estate and business ownership and valuation disputes.  Tom has authored substantial appellate briefs and argued to appellate courts which have published decisions in cases that are recognized as significant developments or advancement of Arizona jurisprudence.
